Is the preview really free?
Yes. Upload a video and you get a watermarked 12 second preview of the fixed result at no cost and without signing up. You only pay if you want the full length, watermark free file.
What do I get when I pay?
The whole video processed with the same cleanup as the preview, exported up to 1080p HD with no watermark and your audio kept. The download stays available for 24 hours.
What happens to my pack credits?
Each credit unlocks one full download and credits do not expire. Keep the recovery code shown after checkout so you can use the remaining credits on a later upload.
How does the monthly plan work?
It covers up to 30 videos in each 30 day period, up to 10 minutes each. Cancel at any time and it simply stops renewing.
Can I get a refund?
Because the free preview lets you judge the result first, purchases are generally final. If we fail to deliver a working download, or a fault on our side stopped your video from processing, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. The terms page has the details.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Cards and the other methods offered at checkout. Payments are handled by Polar, who act as the merchant of record, so tax is calculated for you at checkout.
Do you keep my videos?
No. Uploads, previews and results are deleted automatically 24 hours after upload.
