The service

FixPixelatedVideos lets you upload a video, receive a free watermarked preview of an enhanced version and, after payment, download the full enhanced video. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Results

Video enhancement cannot restore detail that is not in the source. We aim for a visibly cleaner result, but we do not guarantee any particular level of quality. Always judge the free preview before you pay. Files that are severely corrupted may not be recoverable.

Your content

You keep all rights to your videos. You confirm that you own the video or have permission to process it, and that it does not violate the law or anyone’s rights. You give us a limited licence to store and process it for the sole purpose of providing the service for up to 24 hours. We may refuse or remove content that is illegal or abusive.

Limits and fair use

Uploads are limited to 500 MB and 10 minutes per file. We may rate-limit or block automated or abusive use. Monthly plans are subject to fair use of up to 30 videos per 30 days.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Polar. A single-video or pack purchase unlocks the number of full downloads shown at checkout. Because the free preview lets you evaluate the result in advance, purchases are generally final, but if we fail to deliver a working download, or the service did not process your video because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Availability

We run the service on a best-effort basis and may change or pause it at any time. Downloads are available for 24 hours after upload, so save your file promptly.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data. Keep a copy of your original video. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected job.
