Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to your data when you use fixpixelatedvideos.com. We keep it short on purpose: we collect as little as we can.

Your videos

  • Videos you upload are stored on our server only to process them and to let you preview and download the result.
  • Uploaded files, previews and results are deleted automatically 24 hours after upload. Incomplete uploads are removed sooner.
  • We do not watch your videos, use them to train models, sell them or share them. Automated processing is the only thing that touches them.
  • If you enable or we later offer AI upscaling, the video may be sent to our AI processing provider (Replicate) through a temporary private link for that job only. This notice will be kept up to date. Today that option may be switched off.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to process, or anything illegal.

Technical data

Our server and our network provider (Cloudflare) process IP addresses and request data to deliver the site, prevent abuse and enforce upload limits. We keep rate-limit counters in memory and do not build advertising profiles. The site does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. We store a pass code and recent job IDs in your browser’s local storage so that purchases and your jobs keep working. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

Payments

Payments are handled by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record. We never see or store your card number. We receive an order confirmation, plan and a customer identifier from Polar so we can unlock your download.

Messages and email

If you use the contact form or the notification form, we store your email address and message so we can reply or notify you. We delete support messages after 90 days unless we need them to resolve a dispute.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you and ask us to delete it by using the contact form. Include the address of your job page if it relates to a specific video. Because videos disappear after 24 hours, there is usually nothing left to delete after that.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above.
